Booking

A request is not an appointment. Your visit is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation.
We may decline a request or suggest another time, for example if the job is outside our scope or travel is not realistic.
Selected times are held briefly while you submit, and while we review your request.

There are currently no cancellation fees. Please let us know as early as possible by replying to your confirmation email.

Hourly work: $100 for the first hour (minimum), then $75 per hour.
The rate is decided by the scheduled start time. Visits starting on weekday evenings or early mornings, weekends or BC statutory holidays use a 1.5× rate; BC statutory holiday evenings (from 6 PM) use 2×. Rates never stack.
Fixed-price estimates are confirmed after reviewing your description and photos. An accepted fixed price is kept. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you first.
Materials, disposal and parking are not included unless stated.
Payment is recorded manually after the job. We never take card or bank details on this website.
