Privacy policy

What we collect

Your first name, email, an optional phone number, the job description, the requested time, optional photos, and, if you choose to leave one, your review.

Why

We use this to assess and schedule your job, to email you about it, and to keep records of completed and paid work.

Photos

Job photos are private. Only the owner can see them. They are deleted about 30 days after the job is completed or cancelled. Unfinished requests are deleted sooner. We publish a photo only if you give separate, explicit permission with a review.

Reviews

We publish a review only with your explicit permission. Only your first name, your service area, your rating and your text are shown. You can withdraw permission and we will unpublish the review.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with Cloudflare and Google, whose servers may be outside Canada.
