All prices are in Canadian dollars. You always see the applicable price, including any after-hours rate, before you submit a request.

The start time decides the rate
- Starts at 2:00 PM, ends at 4:00 PM → standard rate.
- Starts at 5:00 PM, ends at 7:00 PM → standard rate the whole time, even though it ends after 6 PM.
- Starts at 6:00 PM → after-hours rate, shown before you book.
- Starts on a Sunday → weekend rate, shown before you book.
Rates never stack: a Sunday evening is 1.5×. The only higher rate is a BC statutory holiday evening (from 6 PM), which is 2×, also applied to fixed-price estimates. We do not offer late-night work (after 9 PM). Same-day urgent work depends on availability and is quoted before we accept it.
Fixed-price estimates
No job costs less than the one-hour visit ($100). Small tasks are batched into that hour: for example, hanging up to four pictures, two shelves, or swapping a few door handles usually fits in one visit.
After-hours and weekend starts apply the same 1.5× to fixed-price estimates. Ranges depend on size, materials, access, wall type and complexity. If we accept a job at a fixed price, that price is kept. If the job turns out bigger than described, we agree on a revised price with you before doing any extra work.

What's not included
Materials, disposal, and parking unless your quote says so. Small tasks such as changing light bulbs are charged at the one-hour minimum, so it pays to batch several small jobs into one visit.
